Riverside College Coaching also consults for educational institutions and non-profits committed to college access and success. Consulting work includes:

• Assessing the needs and obstacles for college success encountered  by the student population that the organization serves. 
• Building a robust college success program to help students persist in college and obtain their undergraduate degrees, including the design of the curriculum and the staffing model.
• Training College Success Advisers on how to best support students and help them access resources at different points in their college journeys.
